MTYS Futures Program

We started our Futures program to get a head start on kids who had a 'knack' for playing the game of soccer. It introduces the players and their families to travel soccer a year earlier than they normally would. So far, it's been an absolute success with our 2017 Boys team under Coach Chiusolo and Coach Dove. Keep scrolling for more information about our Futures program.

Learn More about the 2018 Futures Program

Monroe is continuing its U7 futures program with 2018 birthdays or younger. Futures teams are for players destined to go to travel soccer who want an early start on the structured practices and game plans that they will experience in U8 travel soccer. The players on this team practice together twice a week, make U7 tournaments with other U7 teams, and even play together in a competitive indoor winter league. The team sticks together until summer and builds chemistry with other teammates. The main point is to have fun! But with greater emphasis on soccer skills improvement and more structured practices and learning. Tryouts are held the same time as the other travel teams: April 16^th and 24^th (girls) and April 17^th and 23^rd (boys).
