Please note: if you are not a resident of Monroe Township, you will be required to pay a $50 fee to Monore Township Parks and Recs Department. This is a new rule by the Sports Advisory Board, NOT MTYS, but we must abide by it.

Once you complete the Non-Resident google form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15umpJ0iAtN00OCN9uJK5fVD7zxvsoehT_9s8-wmAIGk/edit) and submit payment, you will recieve a voucher of payment. Your player cannot play until we get a copy of that voucher.
