Congratulations to the U17 Boys Monroe Strikers 2002 for winning the EDP Memorial Day Classic 2019 Championship held at Pittsgrove on May 25-26, 2019.  The boys started the tournament winning 5-0 over Lawrence Hamnett Lions.  Later that day, they settled for a 1-1 draw with Voorhees Velocity.  On Sunday, the boys beat Centennial Cyclones 3-1.   As a result, they won the flight by a better goal differential.  In the Championship game, they shut out previously unbeaten Jersey Shore Boca Roughnecks 2-0 to claim the Championship.  MTYS is proud of your effort as well as Coach Paul Wimbleton.
