Summer Select Program Overview
Williamstown FC United “WFC United” Summer Select Program is an open program that was formed to offer elite players from the region an opportunity to:
- play high-level, competitive soccer throughout the Summer months
- compete in sanctioned tournaments throughout the Eastern United States
- train with an experienced, dedicated coaching staff
The WFC United Summer Select Program is dedicated to serving the needs of the more committed and highly skilled soccer player by providing an advanced level of instruction, thereby preparing him or her to be a proud representative of our Club at local, state and regional competitions. The Program strives to produce confident players who are interested in reaching their athletic potential within the sport of soccer.
Important Details about the WFC United Summer Select 2010 Program:

WFC United Summer Select teams will compete in sanctioned tournaments throughout the Eastern United States during June and July.

U9-U19 teams will be required to attend a minimum of three tournaments which are included in the $350 registration fee. Each additional tournament will require a $50 fee per player.
- Teams will practice at least twice a week. All practices are held at approved locations, weather and field conditions permitting.
- Player kit includes one jersey, one pair of shorts, one pair of socks, one alternate t-shirt, two practice t-shirts and a soccer ball
- 2010 Cost Per Player and Payment Schedule
- U9 – U19 Cost $350 per player
- $175 Deposit due April 5th ($175 is non-refundable)
- $175 Due May 15th
- 2010 Player Applications will be accepted via email or at the registration table the day of tryouts. Applications submitted via email should be sent to wfcunited@mtys.org.
Refunds for a season-ending injury will be subject to an administrative fee to be determined at that time and all refund requests due to an injury must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
